1. Texas (Previously 2)

The Longhorns narrowly escaped a tough challenge from Mississippi State before cruising past Florida to secure a share of the SEC regular season title. They’ll enter the SEC tournament as the No. 2 seed.

2. Southern California (Previously 4)

The Trojans are the Queens of LA, sweeping UCLA and making history with their first-ever Big Ten regular season championship. Led by Juju Watkins' 30-point performance, this is the Trojans' fourth straight win vs a Top 5 foe.

3. UConn (Previously 5)

Paige Bueckers played her final regular-season home game, was inducted into the Huskies of Honor on Senior Day, and wrapped up the season as the Big East regular-season champions.

4. UCLA (Previously 1)

The Bruins fell in the rematch of the Battle of LA. Their only two losses this season came to its crosstown rival. I gave them the edge over South Carolina after defeating the Gamecocks earlier this season.

5. South Carolina (Previously 6)

Chloe Kitts recorded a triple-double against Ole Miss, becoming the first Gamecock to do so since 2021. South Carolina capped off the week with a win over Kentucky, securing a share of the regular season title and winning the coin flip for the No. 1 seed.

6. TCU (Previously 8)

The Horned Frogs faced Baylor in a GRITTY battle for the Big 12 crown and emerged victorious, claiming their first-ever Big 12 regular-season title.

7. NC State (Previously 9)

The Wolfpack secured the No. 1 seed in the ACC tournament and shared the ACC regular season title.

8. Notre Dame (Previously 3)

The Fighting Irish suffered another major setback against Florida State but bounced back with a win over Louisville, earning a share of the ACC regular-season title.

9. Oklahoma (Previously NR)

The Sooners are back in the mix after a strong run to close out the regular season on a six-game winning streak.

10. LSU (Previously 7)

The Tigers suffered back-to-back losses to Alabama and Ole Miss. They're missing Flau’jae Johnson, who is expected to be sidelined during the SEC tournament due to shin inflammation. The Tigers survive my Power 10 with other upsets around the NCAA.

Dropped out

North Carolina (Previously 10) - Suffered back-to-back losses to Duke and Virginia.

All the teams who were on the bubble lost: Ohio State, Tennessee, K-State and Kentucky. March is going to be MADNESS. Conference tournaments are up next!
